Process to fill Arogyakeralam application form

- Enter your email, set a new password, and confirm it.
- After that tap on the button labeled ‘Sign Up’.
- Open your email ID and click on the verification link you just received.
- Enter email and password then log in.
- Upload the necessary documents in precise format.
- Click on ‘Submit’ button.
